Investment Structure

Mobile Art IG is an umbrella investment organization consisting of Limited Partnerships (LP) all managed by a General Partner (GP). Each automobile is set up as its own LP, which will be divided into “X” units and will have its own “business plan”. Funds will rest safely in a trust account.

Each business plan will outline the project strategy for that automobile including estimated return, projected return timeline and number of investors.

Investors have the option of investing in more than one LP at the same time, but each investor will have a minimum of a $50,000 investment, to be allocated to LP’s.

Prior to the investment, the investor will have to agree to the terms and conditions of the chosen LP(s) including the timeline needed to maximize profit.

If $50,000 is invested into a $100,000 project (regardless of above scenario), then that investor owns 50% of the units in that LP.

The investor will receive units in the LP for the chosen project. Units determined per LP will be relative to the capital required for that project in the LP.

Once that automobile is sold at maximum achievable profit, the units in that LP are paid out which will include the original investment and share of profit/unit after all expenses and profit allocated to the GP has been determined.
